Just reading the T&Cs at Jackpot City and this is a bit of a cause for concern:

5.6. The Casino is a member of the Casino group. You may not claim a sign- up bonus at the Casino if (1) prior to opening an Account at the Casino, you have opened an Account at any other online casino within the Casino Group and claimed a sign- up bonus from such other online casino and (2) having claimed such sign- up bonus from the other online casino within the Casino Group, wagered such previously claimed sign- up bonus and initial deposit less than 100 times at the online casino granting you such sign- up bonus. Under no circumstances shall you be eligible for more than one sign- up bonus at the Casino even if you are able to open multiple Accounts thereat (in, for example, different currencies or languages). If your Account at the Casino has been credited with a sign- up bonus for which you (in our sole and unfettered discretion) are ineligible, the Casino shall retrospectively void such sign- up bonus and any winnings received by you after the sign- up bonus has been credited to your relevant Accounts.

My concern is that there's no mention of which other online casinos are in the "Casino Group" (the name itself is even a bit generic to even research). I've signed up for a lot of match-up bonuses recently and don't want to get my fingers burned.

For future reference:

But yeah, they should state which ones are included. Probably a copy editor's oversight.

The other casinos are RiverBelle, LuckyNugget GamingClub and King Neptunes. I think thats all of them

So did I, but recently it has been pointed out that Digimedia now appear as the operating company on Fortune Lounge casinos, thus this vague term would also cover all FL casinos unless stated otherwise.

The other problem is that rather than say you can't take further group bonuses, it says that you CAN, but only if you have wagered 100x the deposit and SUB at the previous one. This cannot be tracked, and so players cannot know for certain whether they have met this term other than asking CS, who themselves cannot be guaranteed to give out the correct answer. A time based term would be better, such as no further group SUB within xxx days of a previous one.

This is the same group that now takes 10 WORKING days in "pending" before they process a withdrawal. They told me via email that it applies only to withdrawals of £5000 or more, but this fails to explain why a withdrawal of under £1000 took 10 days, nor why this happened BEFORE this policy was even implemented.

Fortune Lounge don't just stick Digimedia on their websites for nothing, there is clearly a connection between them now that didn't exist before. The obvious conclusion is that Digimedia has bought out Fortune Lounge, but are at present running them separately from the old BelleRock brands. They also bought Trident Lounge, and ran this separately from the rest for over a year before bringing it into the group.

Fortune Lounge have always allowed a player to take the SUB at every one of it's casinos. One sign of a Digimedia takeover would be a change to this term to one stating one SUB over the group.

I have another question about this bonus....

Usually in microgaming casinos it adds the bonus and then as you playthrough the bonus is transferred to the cash. However, from a deposit of £60 and 100% match-up (so bonus of £60), this is now showing in my balance:

How am I supposed to keep track of my wagering if it is splitting my balance 50/50 between cash and bonus? This is the first MGS casino I have seen do this. It was the same when I was down to £50 - £25 in cash and £25 in bonus.

Is this normal or a glitch?

Normal. The group uses a bespoke variant of Clearplay where the initial proportions of cash and bonus are preserved right until you hit WR. You can also withdraw the cash amount right away, even if WR is not complete. The penalty is that not only is your bonus lost, but an amount of your winnings in proportion is lost too. Once WR is met, you get to keep the lot.

Tracking is possible by going to the withdrawal screen as though you are about to withdraw. There it shows the amount available for withdrawal, but also the amount left needed to wager to release everything.
