Casino Complaint Jackpot capital blocked my account

I am first timer here on casinomeister, hope someone can help. I recently received a disc from Jackpot capital in the mail. Free $50, played that and lost, saw a 200% bonus of first deposit so i deposited $100 and had $300 in my account. playthrough was an amazing $8000! after playing for a while got a nice big win=$700, upped my bet to $5 a spin, kept winning, was up to $4000! and after 8 hours of play had my playthrough req. met! I thought i was in the money! and then i kept playing, was down to around $2000 and hit 24 free spins at $5 bet, was on my 10th spin, and was up around $400 on free spins with 14 to go, then ALL OF A SUDDEN, a popup window showed up, Account Blocked Please Contact Customer Support............wtf! so i called and a very, very rude lady answered and said for security reasons my account is terminated, the funny thing was she never even asked who was calling? she knew who i was right away? very funny? and she wouldnt tell me why but just for security reasons? then said my deposit was refunded THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME! the next day i called back and talked to a different person, a very nice guy, he asked for account details and said my account was locked but he couldnt find out why? said he would have his supervisor contact me and get to the bottom of this, this was monday, have not gotten any phone call or email. HELP,HELP,HELP....thank you

There are a couple of other threads on this casino. They have sent this CD and $50 chip worldwide (I have one). This kind of thing only happens when they detect a SERIOUS issue, as normally they only check these things when they ask you for documents on a first withdrawal.

It is very important that the details you give upon registration are true, and that they match the method used to make your deposits.
The issue that comes to mind here is that the details on your deposit method do not match with the details you gave when registering. Security will interpret this as a possible use of stolen funds to make the deposit, which is serious enough for an account to be locked in this manner, with the deposit being returned to the method it came from.
If the deposit cannot be returned to it's source, you could have trouble getting it back, as they will not want to be party to this if they are then asked by the originating source for a "charge-back".

If your details and deposit method match, and stolen funds are not suspected, the casino have some explaining to do, else it just looks like you were locked for winning too much on the sign-up bonus.

There is no problem with my details and deposit method, I have NEVER had any problems with that in all my play with casinos and sportsbooks. Also, before the above problem, I already had successful withdrawals with them!

So, they just kick out the winners to save their balance.

Maybe this is the root of the problem, but why are their support so rude, and why does the blocking only happen when players WIN.

Since they are blocking accounts while they are being played, there should be reports from players who are LOSING and get their accounts blocked. So far, the sample of 2 is from 2 winning players. Too small a sample to read ANYTHING into it yet, but there must be many of these CDs in the Netherlands, and these players should expect their accounts to be blocked.

I will have to check whether the same thing is happening here in the UK by checking their terms to see if UK is listed as a banned country.

Certainly, they seem to believe that everyone in the Netherlands is a crook:rolleyes:

Their T&C don't exclude netherlands at the moment....

since i have filed a dispute with rtg central dispute system i am not allowed to call Jackpot Capital or contact them in any way, but i have yet to receive an email or phone call as i was promised, wish i was smart enough to record the phone conversation with the support person the night this happened...anyway i am gonna wait and see what happens, just please be aware of this casino, i am not saying they are crooks but something is just a little off with how they operate so use caution! good luck all.

Well, in that case they have no grounds for voiding your winnings, as even if this term is coming, it wasn't in place when you played & won, so you should be paid, THEN locked out.

We will have to see if this becomes a bigger problem with players receiving the CD, not breaking the terms, but having winnings confiscated as soon as they get a big win.

New RTG casinos have a great deal to prove if they are to escape the perception that most are rogue, and this does not look good so far.
 
Are there any news from the threadstrater, because i also wanted to test this casino and even asked them, what the problem in this thread was (i've sent them this link and they've read him!), but they only answered me, that this is a special problem with the player and they can't tell me details about it, so i don't know, either i can trust them, or not?

I like RTG casinos very much and always search for a trustable one, but there are not really very much out of them, so every new "trustable" casino is welcome for me ;)

Well, the nice reply would be that it was an oversight.........the flipside of that is if taken up by the player, it is a win/win for the casino.........if the player deposits and loses, oh well:rolleyes: If the player deposits and wins, then the "restricted state" comes into play and the casino can justify voiding the play and returning the deposit. IMHO players from restricted states might as well play in fun mode unless they have a history at a casino who does not pull these types of shenanigans. Keep in mind please this is just my opinion and I do not know factually whether the casino in question is guilty of anything!

They are - INCOMPETENCE!!

These are mass mailings, and while you might excuse them mailing some individuals they should not have, they mass mailed the state of Wisconsin it seems (have I spelled that right:D). It is the same as mass mailing the Netherlands, and then coming up with the "banned country" excuse when the player wins, but stony silence when they lose.
Most players will not win from the free chip, and they will then be baited with the first deposit bonus. If they are from restricted countries or states, they can never win, they can only lose, or get back their deposit.

This is just the kind of behaviour we can expect from RTG powered casinos, until individual RTG casinos prove otherwise.
