Issues withdrawing from Rolletto - any advice?

Has anyone got any experience with Rolletto? I am having allot of issues in trying to withdraw after a big win. My balance was sitting on 350K and they kept declining my withdrawal and I now cannot get hold of anyone on support.. I did not play with any bonus or breach any terms.. I am struggling to log on also as the page keeps refreshing itself..

Rolletto.com is operated by Santeda International B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 151296 and is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/1798/1048 in accordance with the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (Landsverordening buitengaatse hazardspelen, P.B. 1993, no. 63) (NOOGH).

This is on the terms page of Rolletto's website.

Assuming this license hasn't expired, then you will likely be able to raise a complaint with Curaçao, although I am not sure what efforts the regulator will make.

You can submit a complaint with our team, make sure you read the rules before doing so.

Very little information about this brand at the forum, most of it is not good. They appear to be part of a group that have all sorts of trouble in the past.

When i hear or read "Curacao" it makes me flush the toilet. Good luck mate receiving the funds , but i doubt....I dream of the day when like an international law is made to fully control all casinos. And will be a bonus that the shareholders information to be public...then we will able to understand more

I just checked them on Trust pilot and had decent reviews untill the last couple of months …. So might be a battle ; was the winnings tied to or from any type of bonus cash ?

No bonus used and fully verified, I sent an email yesterday still awaiting a response.
It seems to be anytime there is a large withdrawal with any casino there is always issues. The biggest mistake on my end was gamstop.

Santeda NV has come up this week in my work already and it hasn't been good IMO.

I cannot imagine any circumstances where this lot would pay out 350k.

Even a tenth of that. A hundredth remotely possible.

If you used a bonus, there will be something concocted regarding that. If not, an obscure term about only being able to win 2x lifetime deposits or something similar.

Then your location could be used against you, a VPN accusation, exclusions, playing at sister sites. Sorry, but it would be a huge shock if you ever retrieved this insane bankroll.
