Issue with Curacao casino

Hi I'm new here. Signed up as have had issue with a Curacao licenced casino who have blocked my account ( with a large balance) have blocked me from chat and ignore all my emails with regards to why my account has been blocked. It's so frustrating but at the same time has made me very wary of any Curacao casinos from now. Such a shame. The casino only has good reviews although none from customers

Hiya Bedders80 and welcome to the forum.

I am guessing that you are playing at one of these Curacao based casinos that are gleefully taking UK players - even though UK players should be avoiding them like chewing glass. (I was going to say "avoid like the plague" - but you see how that is panning out)

No license, no protection, nothing anyone can really do - unless of course the casino management decides on a whim to play it straight. In few cases they will (play it straight) - in most cases they won't - and you are screwed. Which casino was this?

You have a PAB on the table right now, but yeah - go ahead and mention the casino, but keep the conversation at zero after that.
 
If it's what I am thinking, we may not be able to do anything. If it's one of these Curacao clip shot joints, you might have just taken a lighter to your cash.
 
If that is the case I'd rather no and be able to forget it. It just gutting and I'm so stupid.

Hi, Max here. I manage the Complaints service here at Casinomeister. Win Monaco isn't the worst Curacao casino we've ever encountered but they're certainly not the best either. You need to be aware that the chances of a happy resolution here are not good. As long as you keep that in mind I'm happy to proceed with your PAB.
 
Yes I'm can deal with that. At least we would have tried. They guy in the chat said about a fraudulent casino but I can't see anything I've done wrong I seem to have been blocked from chat as the pop up no longer comes up and I wonder of they are blocking my emails x
 
I'm not even worried about them paying me the whole balance of winnings if they can't ... But a % of it would be good x
