Is this a retrigger

Hi there I’ve been playing at Rolletto.com and hit a bonus on this slot by thunder spin called “comeback” landed a bonus and during the bonus the massive scatter symbol landed which I thought was a retrigger ? Nothing happened just played out my spins. They said they investigated and there was no malfunction ? Am I being silly here or are they at it ? Anyone has info please help.

I think you still need the scatters on reels 1 and 5 to land too. I tried a couple of bonus buys in demo mode and landed the scatters on 1 and 5 which did nothing either.

Surely landing a massive scatter is a retrigger that’s very weird if not isn’t it they could’ve told me that instead of just telling me there was no malfunction. Even in the game info it’s not clear just says big scatters are in the bonus that’s why I thought landing it would be a retrigger.

Correct.

The middle 3 reels are one massive symbol.

Without a scatter on 1, 3 and 5 there's no bonus triggered.

I thought I'd jump on the demo and show you in the pay table where it states how this works in the bonus round, but there is not one mention of it anywhere!

I can understand your confusion though as a number of other slots that have similar bonus rounds (three symbols either side of a big central symbol) do retrigger with only a big bonus symbol in the middle of the reels.

The silver lining is that the game didn't waste additional time of yours. It is a truly awful slot (in my opinion).

Fairs. The casino really could’ve made this a whole lot easier. They left me over a week to investigate, and even after that didn’t explain to me why it wasn’t a retrigger…. Not good on any accounts lol

Well i imagine if you had a scatter on reel 1 the massive block on 2-4 and a scatter of 5 it would have probably been a big retrigger
