Can you tell me what to look for in a bonus for a U.S. player, that can only deposit the minimum requirement (which is usually $21.00 - $27.00 US$), and that allows more than a 10x max payout?
With only depositing such a small amount of money each time, am I a fool to take a bonus at all?

Smaller deposits are when most people take bonuses, you are no fool. I take it you have been playing Top Game casinos since you mention 10x max cashout (this rule is a joke).

As you are from the U.S I would look at some of the Real Time Gaming Casinos (RTG) and Link Outdated / Removed as they can offer some generous bonuses without the max cash out rule.
