Been a member of regal for a while and in fact posted on here how good the vip rep is on there...

Joined magical a while back too and they are withholding 2.5k from me and being knobs about it for no justification!!

Really don’t want to open a PAB just want my money!!

This really narks me!!

I have already been fully verified at regal
Sister site magical Vegas now want verification and have now rejected my driving licence as the photocard is out of date

And all to keep in line with UKGC legislation!!!

I have asked them to show me exactly where this legislation shows they need to do this when a player is trying to withdraw!!

But not all is lost as if I don’t complete this within 72 hours they will return the funds to my gaming account so I can use them again!!

Can’t recall seeing that in the GC code of conduct either!!

Oh and I can still deposit too should I wish too!!

Quick update

They have finally paid out!

And I have now closed both my accounts with them on regal wins and magical Vegas !
