To start with, I stopped playing in RF for a long time, mainly because I was mad at them for constant spamming and telephone advertising calls coming in the middle of the night (apparently they thought that the Earth is flat and we all live in the same time zone). Yet, yesterday I had nothing better to do and decided to deposit a token amount of $25 to waste some time away. Big mistake. First, the deposit was processed but not credited to my casino balance. Second, the CS promised to contact me ASAP and they never did - I found out the funds are finally credited only by logging in the next day. Third, I decided I'd better stay away and asked them to close my account and refund the lousy $25 (with the min. withdrawal limit being $50) - and I did not like much the way they went about it:
rfver01284322: I want this 25$ refunded back to Skrill
John: I am sorry, but we do not do refunds.
rfver01284322: You obviously can't close my account with funds still in it, or can you?
John: I would advise that you make use of the funds first.
rfver01284322: I do NOT want to play in your casino, very simple
rfver01284322: I want my account closed with immediate effect and any remaining funds refunded
John: I can close it with your balance in there, but we will not be able to refund the balance.
rfver01284322: Ok,nice
ohn: How would you like me to proceed?
rfver01284322: Let me try it another way. If I deposit another 25 and withdraw the total of 50 instantly, will you process it also instantly? Or try to find another excuse?
rfver01284322: I want to forget your name and never have anything to do with you - do I have a right for this?
John: You will need to at least place bets equaling 20% of your deposits.
rfver01284322: Eh?
rfver01284322: Give me the link to the TOS saying I need to place bets before withdrawing clean non-bonus funds. Thanks
John: I'll happily check into that for you. Please allow me a moment to review the account and I will be right with you.
rfver01284322: not my account, Jonh. Your own TOS
John: I am busy with that.
The last response came like some half hour ago, giving me an impression they are now busy re-writing their TOS Just joking. Anyway.... How normal it is to impose WR on a player's own funds? Or better yet, does it agree with normal practices for accredited casinos? What do you guys think? I have no problem placing few bets, losing and striking this casino off my list for good, but why on earth they think they can do it? Or maybe I am a bit behind the newest developments in the industry, and it is now considered normal...
