Is Kudos Casino having problems?

I was impressed by Kudos's Casino prompt payout record, but my initial ACH withdrawals are being delayed, and I wonder if anyone else has payout issues with Kudos?
I submitted two initial payout requests on Febuary 3, 2026, (for $2,380 and $2,360). While the support team members are very nice and respond promptly to my inquiry emails, they have told me several times since February 11th, (as explanation for the delay in processing my withdrawals), that their payment processor is having issues processing ACH withdrawals. It seems to me overlong for processing to remain unresolved, and I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem?
I like the casino and don't want to file a complaint against it, but I am wondering what is going on???
 
I have played kudos casino for almost 5 years and loved it! No other casino comes close….BUT….2026 (if not earlier) has 100% changed things without clear explanation or logic and they have manipulated their game interaction timing - after winning a few times, the spin/stop button starts taking longer amounts of time to become available for players to stop reels. It actually detects if your finger is hovering above the area within a certain distance. As soon as you move away it appears to be. Also, more often than not, when I lose quickly from when I deposit I get a bonus on my last spin or 2 after no bonus in the last 100+ spins…coincidence? There is a pattern to the supposed RNG…and wins are larger at some times of day than other times- for same line wins. I Think know what is going on. This week I won $8k…they took 2 days to acknowledge my payout request then told me I had to get paid in LTC instead of BTC as I always have. Then would only pay a little bit of my winnings per day (different amounts each day from 2x$1k, 1x$2.5k &1x3.2k) but said there is a $2k-day limit per regulations. Held winnings a total of 6 days (over weekend) and didn’t pay cash back credits while holding payout. I was told multiple different things about why or when….
I am a level 7 (out of 8 levels) player who has won many times and been paid out large sums with no problem before…it was split into multiple $2500 payments and transferred one after the other via BTC all in same day. If I had questions or concerns I was able to get excellent customer service and if needed and if unfairly at a loss or whatever, my account would be credited for equal or better amounts. They wanted happy gamblers. Lately I feel like they are disrespectful and block people from being able to get help from anyone else.

I don't have a long history with Kudos. I played it casually over about a year or so and only tried it more seriously since then because reputable places have grown scarce and it has a good reputation on this forum. Per this thread, I did win and it took longer than expected for my withdrawal. However, I immediately noticed and have continued to notice that with just that one win, my play and spins are now extremely monitored and it is very difficult now for me to get any traction on Kudos. You are right about the play manipulation; it is VERY evident. It used to play normal for me, but now, whenever I change betting and can anticipate a decent pay the reels markedly slow down to almost a crawl and invariably manage to avoid giving that pay. Once slowed for those few spins, it then speeds up again only to repeat this behavior it never used to do, repeatedly. I also get timed out repeatedly during game play and have to refresh to continue to play a game that then starts playing differently. I don't know if Kudos just doesn't know or just doesn't care about how apparent such game manipulation is to an experienced player. I don't know if it is treating me this way because my first win balance so outweighs my deposits to date or what? However, it certainly is off-putting to me and however much I continue to play around with it, I won't now consider committing serious money to Kudos.
