I lost quite a bit money this year.
Not because the game, it is me.
I can not stop playing that dam T/S.
If I won I play back, I lost then lost more.
I realize that I but not the game is the cause.

I feel bad that I am an addict slot player.

If I play VP, I may better off.

X'mas till now 35K lost.

I am sorry to hear that. I hope you can regain control.

I am losing also but its miniscule compared to your losses.

Maybe this poll will shed a little light on the situation.

Good luck owy. Addiction to anything is hard to overcome.

thanks for understanding.:)
I was lucky, at the start of this year, I put 50K on a new car.
Otherwise, I would have already lost 50K + 35K.

I think I get control over my madness T/S play a bit.:D

And I stop playing MG only and now more often play at Rival.

Made nice 27.374$ profit in two casinos (plus laptop :p) so far (according to my records) :)
So I think I can vote "winning a lot" :D

BTW, I found it quite useful to make records about your winnings/losses, because it's some kind of self-control. I mean when you see, for example, that you lost a big sum of money online, it way prevent you from depositing more (losing more) and you'll save your money. IMO.

I'm a low roller - My once a week deposits have yielded a profit - So far my winnings have only allowed more play time without depositing more money ;)

it looks like i have won a lot but when you look at the bigger picture im not that much ahead, im prolly down a bit, if you count all the winning gains and then losing them at another casino(s).

Down a lot and a low roller at that. With saying that i dont mind losing im just tied of depositing and lasting 5 min play time. So for the past week or so im now depositing once or twice a week thats it till casinos give a lil.

I hardly play anymore. Sometimes once or twice a week, sometimes not at all.

I quit entirely for a year when NETeller dumped the US. I'd already cut back on deposits the summer before NETeller crapped out because the numbers were telling me I was going down, and fast. First several years online, I stayed even or (more often) ahead. I'm waaaaaay behind for my post UIGEA play.

So, these days, I make a little $25 deposit, make itty bitty bets, lose it in 4 or 5 min, get fed up and then don't play for awhile. It's just too dang complicated making deposits -- especially now that I can't win, I can't keep recycling money in/out of QT like I did NETeller -- and, even more complicated and costly getting money into my hands (should Lady Luck ever smile).

i think im about even which is not that good because i won a few jps but im constantly putting back even though my profit is comes in lump sums but it slowly dwindles because i keep on playing. id have to hit a couple of big jps and then stop playing to really stay ahead.

I was up alot a couple off weeks ago about $8k, i have a pending payment that will put me ahead a fair bit again. otherwise i am at rock bottom.

I low roll a lot and lose a little, I have been getting brave and betting a little higher, and surprisingly playing longer

does the software favor the bigger bettor?

Oh Dear

The drought is firmly in control so far:mad:

I had an interruption for 5600 on Double Double Bonus poker, PAT 4 Aces, with two hits on 4 Aces + low card (4-UP version). This was rapidly swallowed up though, and a recovery at the end at least left me with 4200 from a peak of 7200.
I have "invested" a fair bit in analysing "Treasure Ireland", but it is not as good as I thought at first.
MG slots have been particularly bad this year, they seem so very different. I have played Munchkins, but it seems to have seriously cut back on the frequency of bonus rounds, and I have noticed the biscuits just don't appear in pairs nearly as often as before, and it seems the long spells of 100+ spins before a bonus round are far more frequent, and retriggers almost non existent.
The star of the year so far is Club World, with a session that put me ahead by several thousand, however this was Dollars, and most of my losing has been in UK Pounds.

If KK has also lost so far this year, then we are in BIG trouble:D

If I take a more disciplined approach (no experiments;) ), I should even out, and maybe even win some of it back if there are some decent promos, and others have been cleaned out;)

 Fear not my friend!

The original question is a bit unnecessary one in my case; I have been profiting from online kasinos for 7 straight years & I'm not about to stop now!
I have to say though that some months this year didn't start off looking too good and I have to admit that if it wasn't for my fantastic luck with the Ladbrokes promotions I could well have had a losing month or two.

Results so far:
Jan +$613
Feb +$349
Mar +$539
Apr +$2,416
May - looking OK (3 big scratchcards already! ;))

For any 'newbies' who don't know me, I nearly always play with bonuses, 95%+ of my play is on slots and 95%+ of the time I low-roll.
It's all about self-control... and 90% of the time I play with that too! :p

my problem is - that when i win a decent amount - i play it all back- I won $800 on one spin for 25 cents and i played it all back within a few days !!!
stupid is as stupid does !!!

I am up overall this year but not alot. I am a lowroller like KK and i play mostly with bonuses also. As KK said i think the key is to have self discipline. When i get a big hit or 2 on slots and manage to satisfy wagering requirements i tend to cashout and cool my heels for awhile so i dont give it all right back. I have a feeling this would work for many of us here but there is a terrible temptation i think to keep playing and to even raise our bets to try to "break the bank". This is probably what keeps many of us from showing a profit on a regular basis like KK.

I guess in some ways its good to be cheap, lol. (speaking of myself only ;))

Yeah, I can understand that reaction. People who know me know I don't lie.
It's not my fault if Ladbrokes keep throwing money at me this year is it?
I've been playing and profiting online since 2001 and have recorded my results at every casino since May that year. (All that detail is on my website too,
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
). I only started my website in March 2006, initially just as a 'blog' and to give advice to other newbie gamblers but it was a natural thing to include affy links to the casinos, and why not? I put one hell of a lot of time & effort into the site, and no-one is forced to click my links if they don't want to!
Believe me or believe me not - makes no odds to me. ;)

I believe you KK - you dont have to prove anything to anyone. I know if I were to stop everytime I was ahead after meeting W/R I'd be a lot richer:D

i think you hit the nail on the head about the self-control,
if i used it more often i would be ahead, but like alot of people i keep playing and feeding the little blighters:mad:

I was a little down for the year then I won $10K over the course of the last 2 weeks. :D

If the Ladbrokes scratchcards were as "random" for me as they are for you, I too would be ahead perhaps:rolleyes:

I do tend to bet bigger, so I can have some big hits that can change everything overnight. So far, there have been exceptionally long dry spells, and I have not taken full advantage of my big hits because I have tried to complete WR too fast so I can cash in and move on to another casino. Certainly, I could have done better by following a big hit by autoplaying remaining WR on a slot such as Cash Crazy, at 25p or 50p a spin, or perhaps Thunderstruck at, say, 1.35 (not at Casino Rewards though;) ).

My experiments with Treasure Ireland have been a little "expensive" this year:oops:, but I now at least know much more about how this game operates the cycle than I did before, and which features are best to take, and when.

Maybe a slowdown is in order after May 31st, but until then I have a VIP promotion with Neteller, 1.5% back on all transfers TO casinos.

I am also back on the list at Grand Prive:what:
I have found the two sneaky terms that might trigger removal, and I will take care not to give them any excuse by flouting any of them. They can run some great promotions, and offer decent bonuses, but these now depend on what tier you are on, and somehow I got stuck on KING tier, even though not having deposited for over a year - I suspect something was fudged in the change-over, I should really be on the lowest tier.

Oddly enough, it seems that redeeming the free chip in the magazine is what prompted the mailer with the bonus codes, and the voucher worked, and so did the 200 for 200 code:D

Despite my hits this week, I did my B******s trying, and failing, in the last heat of the JF Road Rally, where I was hoping to be in with a chance for the 2500 prize.
