No, Intertops are not taking new USA players.
No Microgaming casinos are allowed to take new USA players.

Pearland can continue to play there if he/she signed up before the recent change of policy (last month). Most (not all) MG casinos are allowing existing USA players to continue normally, except they are not allowed to play progressive games.

Really sux, doesn't it?
