Interactive Solutions Corporation Secures First Phase Of Its Second Round Financing
IRVINE, Calif. September 17, 2002 - Interactive Solutions Corporation (Symbol: INSC) announced today that the company has executed a Note Purchase Agreement with Verner Dowman Ltd., the international venture capital firm based in Seoul, Korea. Under the Note Purchase Agreement, Verner Dowman Ltd. has agreed to provide a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in financing to ISC in return for purchasing shares of ISCs common stock.
With the completion of ISCs first phase of financing, the company will be able to progress further in executing its original business plan, commented Anthony Geisler, Chief Executive Officer of ISC.
The Note Purchase Agreement was completed Friday, September 13, 2002.
