editing

Yeah, I think they really need to edit public info better. Just like the rules the other day on the London slot. It only takes a few minutes to check for details. Clearly a misstake as far as date, I'm sure Emily will see this post and give a shout out to whatever dept. is responsible.

Hi Jas2587
Sorry about that. I'm not sure what happened there.
I will have to have a word with the guys sending out the mails.
Rest assured there will be a few slapped wrists :)
I hope you enjoy the new games.
Best Regards
iNetBet Promos

Only valid until May 10th

So I take it that should read July 10th ?? Just curious since I got the same email with the May 10th date too.

Beware - Mystic Dragon and Sea captain are NOT counting towards your playthrough. I notified Inetbet about an hour ago, have had nothing back yet.

For a casino that ONLY offers email as a way of contacting them, I feel the response time is too long.

We make our deposits with the intention of PLAYING. And sometimes the email does not address our concern satisfactorily, so more waiting.

I did play the freechip that was just for the new games; Mystic Dragon and Loose Caboose credited the playthrough correctly on that bonus.

Inetbet rep has looked into it and says they seem to be counting correctly however she did confirm my playthrough was indicating $250 short, so clearly this confirms what was happening to me. However she claims it was ok for everyone else. She has also stated they cannot adjust playthroughs(?) so has cleared the lot and told me what my remaining playthrough is. I hate trying to keep track of playthrough amounts but I understand and hope this will not delay too much any withdrawal I will make. (Balance $380ish PT remaining $220). So even with a 50% return on the next $220 staked I should clear $250, not bad from $25 deposit.
