Hey Guys...this is my first "starter" thread so I hope I do it right, if not please forgive me and put it where it needs to be (Bryan, Simmo or Max). =) Anyway, here is my scenario...I have played INETBET in the past however I never could get it to do anything for me. The ratings here for them are great, so I just figured it was my "luck" on this casino wasn't what it needed to be. However I have played them from time to time in the past. Yesterday I received an email with a return back to them promo of 100%and they do have the new ScroogeII game so I thought...why not give them a try again. The bonus was good...had a 100% match bonus up to $100.00 (I believe 15% WR on both deposit and bonus...from memory) and no max cash out. I deposited the $100.00 and received $200.00 so I had a little nest egg to start with. Anyway....I started playing the ScroogeII game and hit that film thing (the one you slap together to say action) during a bonus round...I was betting $3.00 at it hit for $1256.00 (see screenie)...I was excited!!!...so it went up to around $1800.00 (from memory) during the bonus round. So...I kept playing knowing I had WR to complete, went to the Beaver game...the Glitz Game (I up'd by bet to $6.25)...I did look on their site about the max bet you can do on a bonus...I personally didn't see anything but I didn't want to tke a chance...I remembered so many times you guys saying "never bet over $6.25 while playing a bonus (thank God for you guys that read all that stuff), so I didn't. Ok...long story short, I met the WR and had a little over $1000.00 so I went to cash in for $800.00. I thought I would keep a little to play on, however when I went to click on the express courier it denied it because it said that I needed the verification for filled out. I could understand them wanting that form, however I couldn't understand why it would not take the withdrawal out and show it pending (I have little restraint to not play in all honesty) so I filled out the form...couldn't remember if I had ever played with my cc (in the past it was mainly QT and last night mypaylinq), however I sent form, DL and cc (the one that I use now at other places) just in case. Honestly I can't remember using any other card there but I am not certain. So....I get an email today saying that accounting is out and they will look over the documents on Monday. I did play the $200 but I have left the $800 in there to be withdrawn.

Now...after the long story (sorry I have to try and tell every detail), on the website it says they work withdrawals during the week and weekends, so wonder why they can't go ahead and verfity my documents so I can move that money into withdrawal status? I know it is my choice to play or not to play, however when you love to gamble, you love to play. That being said I am not going to play (at that casino) until it is withdrawn....however I would love to. I just wish they would have moved it into pending mode and I would have been willing to deposit more and try my luck there again. I play every night and now that it did hit I will be glad to play there regularly as long as the WD goes smoothly (and from the forum regarding them I don't think this will be an issue at all). I guess I just couldn't figure out why it wouldn't let me "withdraw" even with the stipulation that it stayed in that status until the documents were approved. It looks like it would be more advantageous for the casino to want people to play using additional deposits (unless it is hoped that the individual will play it all off...not saying that is it...just an assumption) Anyone have an answer on this one? That being said...I will slap myself if I try and go there to play until it is withdrawn :eek2: and I will play somewhere else this weekend for the ScroogeII (I love that game...it has fantastic potential for big hits). Thanks guys for listening. :) Linda

PS....Thanks for your patience in reading

Linda even if your withdrawal was posted as pending, you wouldn't have been able to deposit again because INETBet as many RTG's won't allow you to deposit if you have a withdrawal pending. Once you are able to withdraw, and it is shown as "requested" in your account history; if you click on the deposit button it will show your pending withdrawal and allow you to "reverse it". You can't deposit until the pending withdrawal has been approved.

The reason documents can't be approved over the weekend is because the people that verify and approve your documents don't work on weekends. Once your documents are approved, you will likely get paid in 1-3 days. InetBet has one of the fastest payouts IMO

Thank you so much Footdr, I will just stay away from clicking the mouse...there, until this is complete. One more question, is their courier mail, FedEx or UPS? I live one place however I have a PO Box for mail, that's why I was asking. :)

they use express fed ex but it needs to be delivered to an actual address as Fedex does not deliver to p.o. boxes. Did you register your home address with the casino? If so, it will be delivered there. If you registered with a p.o, box you better contact the cashier and ask what to do. Perhaps you can have it delivered to the actual address of the business where your p.o. box is located. I had to do that once when I was on vacation and needed something fedex'ed to me. They usually charge a fee for accepting the fedex and you need to let them know it is being delivered. Not sure if InetBet would go for sending it to an address other than the one you registered with.

. I usually put my physical address and my PO Box number when I register at a casino. My PO box is at the post office. I have had it for years. I can't live chat with them because they don't have live chat :( I will send them an email to make sure they have both addresses, I'll explain the mail part. It was quite awhile ago when I opened the account so I don't remember; however I do try and put both addresses (atleast I do now). Thanks again.
