Imagine my surprise when I logged on and needed to contact support today and had a chat feature pop up in the casino. Thought I was seeing things. Lol! But nope, seems that online support is available at INetBet now.

I can't really echo this sentiment when players have been crying out for this for the last 10+ years...
I wouldn't say "good job, but "It's about bloody time!!!"

A lot of casinos deal with players asking for free chips, or complaining about not winning . I don't think that's a good reason not to have online support to help players deal with issues . I agree , about time .
