Don't know about Support but I know Tom was on the forums answering questions a couple days ago.

Tom assisted me through Inetbet's normal support email couple days ago yes. In regards to a withdrawal and Id checks

But you need to expect up to 24 hours. Even PM on here to Tom do expect some time....

thanks, I sent support an email on the 19th and a few from the casino itself, I just need my name changed as I was in a hurry typing and didn't get the s on the end of my last name? hopefully I will hear something soon

I am sure you will they usually respond within hours. So bit strange you not heard back yet though

Just want to say thank you to Tom, my last name got changed and I can send in all the doc's. I lost my internet on the 22 and still don't have it, thank god for my son's phone, least I can get on a bit
