after the savage beating i took at inet on the new games yesterday i decided to have another run. well, allaccess gift card...denied! i called the friendly folks at netspend and was told the merchant was refusing the transaction. off to inet to find out the scoop. email sent. waiting, waiting, waiting. an hour and a half later...another email. waiting, waiting, waiting...going on 5 hours for a reply from inet. going out with the fellas to get drunk. if, after my morning skate, inet decides to drop me an email back i may just may tell them to get along without my money until they can welcome themselves to the 80's and get some live chat or at least a phone #. gotta get my florida i.d. renewed so i can start playing mg again. good night all.
 
I read on another forum that All Access isn't processing the cards for online transactions anymore . Not sure how true it is . I am on hold with them now .
 
When I just talked to their customer support she told me they were letting people make online transactions and then she added 'but not for online gambling" .
 
If some casinos use 3rd party processors, then how does all access know it's a casino?

That's what I was just asking myself also.

When I try to deposit at All Jackpots Casino nothing happens... it doesn't say declined or anything...just a blank screen. At Inet, the deposits were declined. At Bodog, I got some strange error message, and I didn't try again. Three different groups of casinos, and the deposits didn't go through.
 
All Access Gift card by Netspend

I just used the all access gift card and it was working just fine last night. I bought another card and used it today and it didn't go though. I used it on MG and Inetbet. Did netspend or all access gift card put a block on online gaming?
 
I talked to All access gift and the CS told me no more gaming transactions . I hope she was wrong but the one I bought today isn't working anywhere.

I wouldn't stay with that casino anymore if that the way customer service handle. It shouldn't take 5 hours or more to get a answer from them. I'm thinking about dropping them out of my list if I keep hearing how bad the customer service is. I rather have live chat and know they care about their customer then themself.

I know I already asked this above, but just wondering if you or anyone else had some information.
 
I hate to say this about Inet because there are so very few RTG's that are trustworthy however I think they dont care to have support any different than it is now, there have been posts in the past regarding the poor contact with C/S and nothing has been done,in my opinion all the positive posts regarding Inet and how people have been paid (which is highly important)and they are the best RTG has made them a little reluctant to have any urgency to change.

In regards to allaccess, we received some feedback from players that they had indeed stopped allowing some of their cards to be used for online gaming. As I say this is just reports from players who have managed to get a straight answer from them.
This only seems to be affecting one type of card all others are working fine. Please drop support a mail and they will be able to give more details if needed

last email was at 7:38 pm last night. subject failed deposits. still no answer. thank you for taking time to post on this forum but people should not have to go to a third party for support. the question has been answered here. the folks where you work really should get a better set up. if(when) the u.s. players can deposit freely, they(we) will not stand for email only support.
 
I don't understand. How when casinoshare didnt have live support and phone, They was blasted left and right? But InetBet gets a free ride for years because of this.

I have checked with support and we do not seem to have received any mails from you. (no mails with that subject)

I cannot be fully certain as I do not have any specific details i.e account username or email. However if no mail has been received I assume this the reason why you have had no reply.

terrible, generic response...no card is allowed for gaming! maybe their processor can change the name the charge is billed under? on the cashiers page it states that the charge will appear as inetbet.com. if a processor is trying to hide or 3rd party a transaction putting the word "bet" in there cant be a good thing. lol.
 
Does anyone know if this applies to the re-loadable all-access card? I want to fund it tonight and play online but if it won't work why bother?

i was told by support that cards starting with 400766 will not work anymore. others are working fine. that was within the last hour.
