Hi,

I have experienced with severe bungle problem in withdrawal process with 32Red casino as I am from Australia. But that is due to very tight security to protect against fraud and money laundering. If you ever play online casino, please be prepare for it as it will be a good lengthy delay to wait for payment to process. You need to be patience as possible as you can.

Before you start play casino first time and win money making first withdrawal:
Keep in mind there are quite a few things you will need as in list:
Passport if you have one, if none you will have more lengthy delay with more stiff process of withdrawal with more document need.
A scan of driver Licence
Tax File Number
Medicare card
etc etc. There is no point making complaint for a bit of lengthy delay. If you can't be bothered, don't go online casino. You choose. If you are happy to wait bit of delay then its good. It can be up to 7 days or even weeks if withdrawal procedure was not done properly. If you want done properly be sure have all ready on time, send them right on time, the lesser delay it will be and it will be a quicker withdrawal process.

I hope you understand the situation why they have to do in multi security stage to ensure you are the true person who deposit and play and withdraw it.

This is a lot of hassle but thats bad luck. Its an international law.

Hi Nathan. Am in no way having a go at what you've just posted, but the majority of people that frequent this site are seasoned players who are fully aware of withdrawal processes, documents etc that may be needed, and the delays that can happen :) Good luck with getting your withdrawal processed ASAP. 32Red are pretty much the best casino to sign up to, for numerous reasons, and they will never intentionally cause any delays for you. As long as all your paperwork is in order, you can expect your money soon.
 
Yes thats exactly right. I agreed with you. They are very high standard casino I trust them. It just I have had a bad luck run with withdrawal process but thats life really. :lolup: Everything is okay as all is fine. It is now in withdrawal process dept. It will be another few more days give or take and I have the money no doubt.

Yes it can be frustrating to go through all that rigmarole, especially if the withdrawal isn't that much but I think this is something most/many casinos do for security reasons. It is definitely not something isolated to 32Red. Also I wouldn't call it a bungle, they have very specific things they require from you and very specific quality for the documents and not all the customer service people know exactly what to ask for so sometimes it seems like they are changing what they ask for.

My advice is to sort all that verification stuff out at a convenient time before you need to make a withdrawal so that when/if the time comes it has all been dealt with and you can relax and enjoy playing.

I have played at casinos that will just put money straight back into the credit card I paid with immediately once I ask for a withdrawal. This was a long time ago and I doubt they would still do that. I don't know why they don't do that though, and I would like to know why this isn't an option usually? That, to me, would be the ideal way to get paid, and if it is the same credit card then there should be no need for verification. My guess is it has something to do with multiple accounts or something like that.

I have two, one with debit mastercard and one with moneybookers in same username so thats the reason why it is becoming multiple account. I normally prefer withdraw it straight back to the bank directly because I found that it is quicker than through moneybookers. Different bank have different rules of withdrawal and deposit depends on what company is being dealt with. Moneybookers to Westpac will take 1-2 weeks. Compare to straight to bank is 2 days minimum to 7 days depend on withdrawal process on diff company. It does affect the bank withdrawal process all the time so we have to understand that bank is very long queue with lots of withdrawal request around the world. There are millions of people using same bank as I use every day. I just have to be patience.

Glad you got me reminded why multiple account was the caused.

I am an Australian.

I am a frequent player in many casinos.

I have made a large amount of deposits and withdrawals over a large amount of casinos.

I have never been asked for ID or anything at all.

And I have always received my payouts within 48 hours, no hassles, no questions.

As I frequently post, this is probably due to the fact that I play only casinos that are accredited here, and NEVER accept benefit money.

I meant accounts like, to stop people abusing bonuses by opening multiple casino accounts. I guess it makes sense now, it is just if you're cashing out from a no deposit bonus or something like that (which I have been lucky enough to do a couple of times.)
 
I haven't had bonus in 4th deposit at all. None. It was $0.00 as I had to be made sure before making deposit without any bonus and played in Isis and had a good luck with it.

The reason they have to do it is to prevent fraud and money laundering. It is 32Red casino guideline as well.
 
I desperately wish I could still play at 32Red. I miss Microgaming slots and prompt payouts. I would gladly submit passport, DL , fingerprints , DNA sample, hair follicles, sperm sample , you name it .
You aren't going to get much sympathy from members here , especially your comrades from the USA. 32 Red is probably the most well respected , well run casino on the internet.
 
I have recently received email to acknowledged me that withdrawal is confirmed and already deposit into my bank account. It'll take few days before payment is cleared. The problem is now resolved.
