I'm sorry

Hey all

I just wanted to say sorry to some for some of my posts if they came across angry or not right, some of them were and most of them are sarcastic but have not put smilies or worded them the best.

I am on the edge and stressed out to the max even before all this virus stuff but this virus stuff has put me at my tipping point I guess, It's one thing after another in my life and I am not lucky like most of you to have a partner or friends or a life. The closest to friends I got is on here, I am going to forget some people and I think some of them or some are mad at me on here but I consider my friend and like The Viking, Borgie, Mina, Stevie and lockinlove, Mouche12, jono, kroffe, mack, colinsunderland, there is more I am forgetting and oh the staff here, pereblue seems like a nice guy, like reading the newshound news updates, LadyJelena seems nice and casinomeister has been cool with me and I realize that, I think Dionysus might be mad with me though.

I don't drink or smoke and don't have much time or money to play anymore and I have to deal with stress and stupidity with work, my family and in general life so I don't have much of a break from it all.

Anyway, I hope everyone is o.k. with what all is going on.

Hey slotmaster, sending you love and good wishes. Why would we be mad at you? We all know life can be tough at times. I often find comfort and humour on this forum too.

As for the virus, my 82-year old mum kindly asked me to stop discussing it with her as she's not worried at all. One of her slogans is 'he who fears he shall suffer...'. I believe her, she's wise for her age.

Btw, compliments for the non-smoking and non-drinking, you're already a champ in my books!

But i do hope you start feeling better.
Just take it one day at a time, and before you know it things will have calmed down a bit.

Hey slotmaster. I do not read everything but I can't see any reason why anyone would be mad at you. Or at least want to stay mad at you?
I think we are all old enough and ugly enough (many of us) to understand that folk have plenty of shit going on in their lives to get over anything that they may see as a slight in these forums.

This place is mostly a place where I know I can come to relax and enjoy all things casino and if I can leave at the end of the day without pissing someone off then I consider my visit that day an utter waste of time!

I am so pleased that you don't smoke or drink. If only you could address your crack problem then all will be good with the world.

my 76 year old mum said something equally interesting... I was told to stop fussing as it is causing a whole new set of issues that will impact financially on families (job cuts, missed bills paid etc).

Although I don’t agree with her she said
“At the end of the day, she has had her ‘innings’ in life and what’s for you won’t go past you.’

As for @slotmaster ,
We all know and appreciate that the typed word makes it so much harder to convey the emotion behind it, be that genuine anger, sarcasm or even just poorly worded and mis-read by some.
We also know that different people at different times are under stresses from their ‘real life’.
You never can tell if the person replying is struggling with mental health, is perhaps a bit drunk or is simply in a crappy mood at that point.
I for one, like to think that folk in our amazing community can be grown up enough to let things go and move forward from any ‘heated’ conversations, apologise where necessary and how hen get back to being just awesome!
Hope you have a better week at work. Just remember we are supposed to ‘work in order to live... not live to work’

I will Mod for money or food at the moment. I am already signed up to iron for Borgie but may be looking for extra work if this nonsense ever goes away. They are starting to ban money in some places here, I took some cash out as not sure what was all going to happen and I just withdrew some of my last savings in case I am off of work and will have something if I have to pay by cards so still full of worry.
