Hi all,
I had a strange email last night stating that videoslots removed an IGT slot called Golden Jungle. Below is the email in full.
Hi,
We would like to inform you that your account has been refunded for the amount of GBP4.37
Not so long ago we identified an issue with the game “Golden Jungle” which negatively impacted the RTP for players. Thus, we immediately removed this game from our selection and it is no longer available for any of our customers to play. This was clearly a mistake from the business side and we take full responsibility for it.
In saying this, at Videoslots, we have a zero-tolerance policy in this respect and would never compromise under any circumstances. Customer satisfaction is something that we take very seriously and although sometimes unavoidable mistakes happen, we always find a satisfactory solution.
In our commitment to serve you better and retain you as one of our valuable customers, we have conducted several interactions and investigations. We were now able to contact all our affected customers and proceed with the relative refund where appropriate.
We always aim to address any unintentional inconvenience in the best way possible, and we hope you find this action satisfactory and up to your expectations.
Thank you once again for your understanding in this unfortunate matter.
So my question is, does anyone know what the issue was with the RTP? it is very intriguing to say the least!
Also why did they wait until last night to remove it from their casino? if they was aware of a problem a while ago? shouldn't they have removed it as soon as they triggered an investigation?
I am also unsure no one else has pointed this out in a new thread too already?
Anyway any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
