I Won at TIV. Need W/D advice

Hi guys...Well I finally am able to cashout something! I had a great run playing Hole in One at This Is Vegas. I am trying to cash out $4000.00. I tried using the ACH option and it says that my bank won't allow that much money to be transferred. My bank said that they have no limit on ACH transfers.

What are your opinions? Would they send me a check? Do you thimk my bank would question the check?

I think you just need to either go to live chat or pm John and ask for a check to be sent. I believe they will comply.

Congrats and PM John...not sure what is up with TIV and ACH as initially they told me I could do all withdrawals via ACH as I wanted so I did and they were denied...ultimately I had to withdrawal not just the amount I deposited thru EWX (in compliance I guess with money laundering laws) but even the amount above the deposit thru EWX,end of story....you may need to open a QT account or EWX account but I would get with John and I guarantee you he will have a solution but you may have to be patient....In all probability your bank should not be a concern, just comply with the known laws (I do not think UIGEA is a known law but I am not an attorney , that said most attornies prolly have no clue either but they sure will act like it)....Good Luck

TIV gave me a free $25 bonus. I think it was for their B-Day celebration.II got that up to $100 and then lost it. I had about $25 in comps and played with that. I only played Hole in One. I kept getting the mini golf bonus but I am so "blonde" I didn't even realize that the black hole was where I should be aiming at! I kept trying to hit the windmills! I thought it was like the real mini golf places! I even got 4 birds to start the bonus. i would have won so much if I knew what I was doing!

Luckily, I realized it after about 3 bonus rounds. Talk about having "Squirrel Pike Moments" (Babs!)!

I kept winning and kept upping my bet. I actually had it up to $9000.00 at one time!

I really need this money and I'm feeling pretty good right now. Just a little nervous about getting paid.

Deb....it is $2K per day,$4K per week...I would still check with John to be sure ACH will work as I thought it would also per CS, only for the accounting department to reverse the ACH withdrawals a week later (a week because it was the first withdrawal and docs were needed) with no logical explanation to this day. That was in January and maybe ACH works and/or is acceptable now...still no need to be nervous,you will get paid!!

$9000? Luckily, you stopped in time to cash out $4000 otherwise we dont know what will happen when things spiral down. I think there are 2 more freebies within this month. I hope you will get another good win from them.

congrates ballysdb!!! You will have no problems getting paid, but if you do use the ach option you have to be very patient (10-15 business days if you're lucky). for me, it was actually faster to set up the quicktender account since TIV gets your cashouts into qt anywhere from 8 hours to 48 hrs. And of course, do your best not to reverse / playback your winnings. Definitely contact John if you have any questions or issues.

Ummm.... and $25 in comps to $4000 in winnings!!!! AND no screenshots!?! j/k.

Obviously TIV stopping/reversing my initial ACH withdrawals at the time with no logical explanation has prolly turned out to be a good thing especially based on their term restrictions of limiting withdrawals to $4K a week....That said, after the Neteller fiasco, I am certainly not a trusting fan of any e-wallet for several obvious reasons and assuming I had not played back (see TandC's at TIV and psychology in the dictionary) alot of potentially over an estimated $100K in withdrawals, the withdrawal fees of EwalletXpress (the only way TIV told me I would be allowed to withdrawal unless I opened a future QT account and began depositing through QT) are absurd (basically in short and in my case $150 for every $5000 withdrawn to one's own bank account but these fees as a % can be much,much higher)...I still believe John may have walked into a poorly managed casino with very poor prior policies and needs some time to get some of this corrected...My belief above could be 100% incorrect but I hope not, just too many things not currently reconciling...Hope all get paid and I also have more pending withdrawals ftr.

i can sort of see your point here since i think we've all seen how much John has had to work to "fix" things the best be can at thisisvegas and rival. You have to admit though, John seems very committed to every detail and this has pushed thisisvegas to be the best rival hands down, IMHO (it seems most of us play there.) I think one of the hurdles may be that John isn't in charge of all the rivals so it may be difficult to change things quickly since these changes may apply across the board at all their casinos. kinda like 7 car dealerships all selling the same car, but one dealer wants a better product for their customers.... follow me?

I remember frequently seeing RobRival as having visited the boards and i am assuming he is the "big guy" so that was kinda cool to see as well.

Yes I follow and have previously posted a somewhat simliar post in another thread....still not sure why I got a withdrawal paid in about 2 hours on Friday (as I assumed the recent technical problems with all ((I assume)) withdrawals had been corrected in full for the better yet I read other's post to the contrary that their withdrawals are taking longer than the 48 hours clearly stated in the TandC's. I understand there has been a disclaimer issued in regards to ACH (or in my case ACH withdrawals not even allowed despite CS initially stating otherwise) time periods and iirc it was 10 to 15 biz days but that time frame may not be being met. Thus, some just does not reconcile...That said, I am sure John is doing all he possibly can to make some these issues right including a possible manager's bonus in certain situations that warrant......Hippo, where I think you and I among others may be in total agreement is without John, I doubt many of us currently enjoying and patronizing TIV would be at all and/or continue to have the confidence to be an on-going patron.

i agree 100%. i only play at one rival casino and closed my account with all the other rivals (not that they are bad, i just prefer thisisvegas). though i know some of the other rival managers drop in frequently to check up on things (simon says for example), john's accessibility is unRIVALed funny part is, i've had very good experiences with the "shared" rival cs reps recently and so i haven't needed to bother John in a long while. Certainly a good sign. As for withdrawals, in my case, they have all been from 8 to 48hrs so far to my qt account. my last couple are processing but it's the weekend so no big deal.

I also only play at TIV now. Previously, I played a bit at Simonsays but their csr was so inflexible that I asked them to close my account. John is great but really needs to look at the withdrawals issues. Even Simonsays paid me within 48 hours at MB after I initiated my withdrawal. Now it's been more than a week at TIV and this is not the first time either.

Any players experiencing delays in withdrawals please send me a pm. It bothers me when players use ACH knowing what they will go through but either myself or the CSR staff do their best to recommend an ewallet. Sorry I haven't been around much the past week, busy is an understatement and trying to find out when these withdrawals will be cleared. Probably this week and accounting is backed up with emails and withdrawal requests.
