That's a pretty good assessment but I think it goes more like this:
-if you lose = casino wins
-if you win a little = you get paid a little to build up false trust so you make a bigger deposit
-if you deposit a lot = you lose one way or another

You're better off playing an accredited casino at half stakes than taking a big bonus from crooks.

It's like sliding down a 60 foot razor blade using your balls as brakes.....its just not worth it.
