i deposit 30 euro at Allslots and managed to get up to 1030 euro when i decide to make a whitdraw.
Then I got some annoying news i can only whitdraw 5 times my life deposit ( 150 euro a week ) so it will take 7 weeks before i got all my winnings, and thats not all; i deposit whit paysafecard and have to make another deposit whit neteller before i can whitdraw beacuse bank transfer is minimum 300 euros.

some casinos will make a lots of stupid rules to make it more difficult to get your win

I've got me a lesson

read the terms and conditions!

Hope you understand my english

Ha ha - really!? Jeeez - Allslots used to be great.

Imagine if you walked into a Vegas casino, dropped a dollar into Megabucks and hit the jackpot... "Erm, excuse me sir - can you please prove how much you have spent in this casino before we can pay you?" Ridiculous.

It's called gambling, and that works both ways. For the player and the operator. Don't pull some bullshit payout stalling excuse on the rare occasion someone actually manages to make something out of you.

Idiots.

It's "in the terms and conditions" ( :barf: ) - which means you'll have to abide by it because you should've read them in advance blah blah blah - so you've not got a choice. HOWEVER - you do have a choice where you deposit in future.

Put your withdrawal schedule in place so you receive your money over the next few weeks. Uninstall all of the casino's in their group, email support asking them to close your account the second the last withdrawal has hit your bank,

Then fire up 32Red.

Congrats on the excellent rungood. That's a hell of a run on a mere 30 euro.

And please be patient. If it takes 7 weeks to get your dough, so be it. Fight their stubborness when it comes to paying up quickly with some stubborness of your own. Think of what you can do with that one thousand euro profit. Save a couple of hundred for another (better) casino and spend the rest treating yourself to something special. These monster returns on such a small outlay don't grow on trees. Make this one count :)

I'll be patient and wait until I have received all of my wins then i will close my account there.
I almost laugh myself to death when the support told me this, its just to stupid....

sloster

fortune lounge casinos, example euro palace etc...have a similar rule!

19.If you request a withdrawal of an amount that is five times or more than your lifetime deposits across all Fortune Lounge casinos, the withdrawal amount will be released in lots of up to 5,000 credits per week. The remaining amount will remain in your account until you are eligible for a further withdrawal. Any deposits made after the date of withdrawal will not be included in this calculation. This clause will be applied at the discretion of the casino management. Wins from progressive games are exempt from this clause

I'll let you off the crushing insult at the beginning of your post - referring to me as "Simmo" censored :( :D

It's ridiculous. It's like winner insurance. If you've lost a shed load with us, we'll gladly let you have some back. If you get lucky early doors - you can get f***ed and we'll pay you in little amounts to spread our risk and preserve our cash flow.

People just give you MONEY and all you have to do is put some pretty pictures up on the screen. You get to keep most of the money. Amazing.

Thing is, and some operators get this, pay people quickly and without delay and they come straight back the next day to give you all of it back, and more.

Are you sure (OP) that the CS didn't make a mistake - as posted above my post here, that rule usually only applies to the HIGHER of the two options - i.e. if your win was 4500 and that was say 30x your lifetime deposits of say 150 you could withdraw it in ONE go, as it doesn't exceed 5000. If your win was 6000 (40x your 150 lifetime deposits) then you would withdraw 5000 one week and 1000 the next. That is pretty clear in the terms quoted above, and those generic terms apply to many MG casinos. I suggest you check to see if this is the case, as an accredited casino would NOT be allowed to enforce 150 a week for many weeks on a relatively small win such as yours.
I would PM the rep here, and also go online to CS chat as this doesn't seem right.

P.S. The OP may be correct, they have used the generic 5000/5 x lifetime deposits clause to f*ck the player over:

"8.3 Players at the Casino can only withdraw each week a sum of money that is equal to 5 (Five) times the value of their aggregated life time deposits prior to the win. Progressive wins are exempt from this clause.

8.4. Without derogating from the stated in Section 8.3 above, the maximum total value a player may withdraw per week is 4,000 credits. (Customers playing in Swedish Krona or Norwegian Krone can withdraw up to 20,000 credits per week.) Progressive wins are exempt from this clause.

8.5 Players must make at least one deposit in the casino in order to make a withdrawal.

8.6 Before making a withdrawal, a player must play through his deposit at least one time.

8.7 Withdrawals at the casino are processed Monday through Friday, following up to a 48-hour pending state. Any deposits made while a withdrawal is pending will be subject to a 5% processing fee. If the deposit value is more than 200% of the pending withdrawal, no fee will apply."

The crucial word here is without 'derogating' (detracting) from the clause 8.3

CS have got it right unfortunately, and I think CM should seriously look at the status of Allslots if they've sneaked this rule in. What a joke - a new player deposits 30 and wins a couple of grand (I've done this once or twice on MG sites and always been paid in full at once) and then could be faced with 14-weeks of withdrawing 150 quid???

This sucks and I would have associated this crap with a rogue outfit before I checked the Allslots status here. They don't want players in net profit, that's obvious - 'you're 6k down with us player A, aren't you lucky you just won 2k back - here, have it, there you go! By the way, player B, you can f*ck-off!! How dare you come here, deposit 30 quid and take us for a grand! You might bugger off and spend it if we pay you! Right, to ensure this doesn't happen we will leave 90% of it reversible for weeks and pay you 150. Aren't you glad you played with us!"

Get your torches and pitchforks ready folks....

This is teh thing i find the daftest, they have now lost that $1,000 as the account will be closed. In 7 weeks time they would have probably had a big chunk of it back (probably all with me) and kept a depositing player. Such shortsightedness.

Not to mention players like me and a few others who will definitely stay away from that casino after reading this........seriously!!!

Allready decided today to close my account @ Euro Palace. Glad i did it, reading this whole thread...

Poor bonusrounds, very long withdrawal times, and now this ridiculous rule...more and more convinced that this was the only right decision!

This thread is about Allslots - EuroPalace are OK, Fortune Lounge and they wouldn't do this unless the win was over 5,000.
