So, this is harsh.. but if you are able to deposit via Visa but are given NO way to cashout.. is that rogue behavior?
I won't name any names, but one I'm thinking of is accredited and the other is a widely respected group. But this whole QT fiasco has been going on long enough to have at the VERY least pulled the ability to deposit if NO withdrawal method is going to be given.
That is really not cool.

If the casino has a maximum cashable amount on a coupon that you take with a deposit, insist on a letter of credit equal to that amount be put in escrow contingent upon the terms. lol just trying to lighten things up a bit.
