I have the worst luck (non-gaming related)

Sigh, I was in a wreck this morning. Thank you mother nature for providing us with ICE......

I was traveling down a main road and this guy was on a side street and tried to stop but slid on the ice right into my rear passenger side and flipped me around into the concrete base of a house's porch. So in addition to the passenger side rear door, most of the front end needs replaced. I have the worst luck!

Hopefully they total the car. It's only worth about $3400 in excellent shape for a private party sale, so I'm not sure what it's worth in the shape it's in now. I already found a car that I want from the dealer that I've bought my last 3 cars from. It's the same year make and model of an Eclipse that I had years ago.

Thankfully I wasn't hurt in the wreck. I'm surprised the airbags didn't deploy.

Glad you were not hurt....we have had 4 insurance claims...3 in December and 1 in January all due to ice...the only thing that worked out in our favor was that my husband thought the company we were using was charging too much for never having had to use it... so three of them happened the week we were changing companies

I went 20+ years without an accident and have had 3 now in 4 years. None of them were my fault
