Just thought I would start my thread a little different than your usual "Hi Everyone!". I found this website because, I too am owed money by an online casino that isnt paying me, so I googled to see what options I have avaliable, and here we are!

Firstly, check the I-gaming reps list to see if the casino that owes you money is on the list. You can use the ctrl-F search function, because not all have the casino name as their name.

If they do not have a rep, check the main page (not the forum), to see if the casino is Rogued or No Can Do. Some of the No Can Do list are not rogue casinos, but will not participate in the Casinomeister Player Arbitration service.

Check the casino's terms and conditions. It should list where to dispute a ruling.

And read the FAQ for the PAB service here.

If the casino is NOT accredited, you get one free shot.

If you'd like to discuss it a little further, I suggest you open a new thread under online casino complaints, either bonus or non-bonus as appropriate.

Whatever you do, don't play it down to zero out of frustration. Then you really have no recourse.

You have found CM, home to many wonderful casinos.

Bonus terms (and sometimes non-bonus terms) can be a minefield, so always read them. Ask here if you ever have a question.
