I am going to give Fortune Lounge group a try

HI mimi

I've been VIP at Platinum Play (well the whole group actually) for many years, so I would start with PP.

FL are very solid and reputable. You won't have any issues being paid and the bonuses (except for the first one AFAIK) are issued via the real clearplay system i.e. you can cashout at any time and just forfeit the remaining bonus but keep all the winnings.

I recently played in one of their casinos and was surprised by the fact that they don't pay out on weekends and have a 48 hour pending period before you get paid.
I just closed the account again and went back to 32Red.

I used to play at Seven Sultans. I'm a fan of the clear play system. 32 Red is the MG casino that get's most of my money though. I always go back where I know my custom is the most appreciated.

If i could i would go back playing at 7sultans always had amazing service there, and tons of bonuses with there clearplay system it cant be better.

Only thing is there 48hrs pending period, but they always paid as promised.

Don't know about ongoing bonuses but with the welcome bonuses Clear system is NOT currenlty used at any of Microgaming casinos. You must finish wagering in full before you withdraw.

I will give these a try first then, I am a VIP player at Ladbrokes and I am quite happy with the freebies I get, what do you get from them for being a VIP

I like the 7 sultans theme, but all the FL casinos are good and have been for years.

It's important to frequent these alternative MGS accreditted groups, because becoming too reliant on the 'major players' (Ladbrokes and 32Red) can't be a good thing.

I would personally recommend the OP use Vegas Partner Lounge (VPL) if he hasn't already. They have 8 or 9 skins to choose from, and you can get a SUB from each as long as you don't join over 2 skins per week. The pending is 24 hours but like FL they don't do weekend cashouts. Support is OK and cashout relatively quick - if you cashout from Thursday 17:00 to Sunday 12:00 you'll have it in you Neteller/MB Monday afternoon. Any other time and it'll be 12-24 hours after the 24 hour pending has expired.

Has that changed recently I wonder? It used to be 24hours. Not including weekends.

Changed a while ago. It's been 48 hours for months at least, which is why I quit them. I don't know if the CM accredited details have been updated yet to reflect this.

I found that out when playing at Vulcanic Gold, a sister casino to Piggs Peak. I cashed out thursday night and they usually pay me the day after. Not this time though. Technical issues:rolleyes:

It turned out that Fortune Lounge group took over them in the middle of my cashout. I got a mail in my spamfolder about it, that I didn't see right away, then suddenly after a few days it was a different livechat window.
I got my money thursday the week after so it took exactly one week. Was not so happy so I closed my account, especially since the rep told me about the cashout time and no weekends payout.
I wasn't so pleased with the experience at all :(

Just remember to read the terms.

18.If you withdraw an amount that is 5 times or greater than your lifetime deposits across all Fortune Lounge casinos, you will only be able to withdraw your winnings up to €5,000 per week or the equivalent value in your account currency. The remaining amount will be returned to your account until you are eligible for a further withdrawal. Any deposits made after the date of withdrawal will not be included in this calculation. This clause will be applied at the discretion of the casino’s management. Wins from progressive games are exempt from this clause.

Do not win too much.

Oh:what: I dont like that clause at all (not that I win a lot lololo) but that has certainly give me sonething to think about, Thanks for info

I don't see any viable reason to return money to a player's account except to entice them to gamble it. I can respect cashout limits, I play a few casinos with them, and have been subject to them a couple of times. But the cashout was processed, the money was not in my account. I didn't have to go weekly to make a withdrawal. The withdrawal was made, but the payment of the cashout was in increments.

I am okay with the weekly maximums, but high rollers may feel differently, especially if they hit early in their time at FL. Since they are at the casino's discretion, I suggest any player facing them ask the casino.

You can see how Spin Palace (the Palace Group) handled a very similar term last year, https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/49916/ The OP of that thread doesn't seem to be active here anymore, I would have liked to ask if the funds remained in his account, or reversible.

Fair enough on all points.
I would suggest as SP is a MG casino that the whole amount would be taken out of circulation as 'work in progress' and as each instalment is processed you would get the 'processed' added to your account details for that amount, as MG banking is pretty good. On MG casinos you don't tend to get complications such as being able to attempt w/d's when the amount is still subject to WR or wrong slots have been played etc.
