Ok let me start off by saying I am a seasoned online gambler I read every possible clickable link before anything that has terms and I never accept bonuses except at new casinos I am trying.

So here we go with Hunnyplay. Now, they offer a welcome bonus of a 50000 zillion spins but each set of spins has a max cashout of $60. So you get a $60 bonus on a minimum $20 deposit. 40x wagering and there appears to be no max cashout as there isn't anywhere in this promotion where that is stated clearly.

So I have $80 dollars and after wagering $1200 I got lucky and ended up with $350. Well psych....my balance went to $60 after completing the requirements. Wtf?

The bot or the support agent apparently doesn't undersrand logic so they were no help.

My question is why would anyone spend the time or brain energy to play and win and do all this for the max reward of $60? I mean I put in $20 of my own money so that's $40. You call this a welcome bonus?

I call this a scam and if a Hunnyplay rep doesn't get me $300 pronto the bad reviews will be rolling in Trustpilot, Telegram, here and anywhere else that will listen.

Shame on you.

Yes, on this specific bonus it doesnt say a max cashout. And in this case the max cashout should have been stated that it was $0. They did this once before as well but they left me with $100. And in those bonus terms it did say $100 max out. In the exact same section on the bonus I used there is no max cashout.

And even after meeting the $3200 wagering and then them taking $300 they still had a 1x wagering requirement on the bonus that I just spent 3 hours clearing.

Do you understand? Why give somebody free spins that have a max cashout and then a wagering requirement. It should be explicitly stated that any winnings accumulated while meeting the wagering requirements will be forfeited upon completion and you will only receive $60 back which includes your $20 deposit.

I am just trying to warn players and make sure that they understand its not right and I am going to make sure other players dont get fooled.

You got to be a moron to lose money owning a casino we are too inclined to want to gamble to where these types of slimy tactics and bonus butchery is not needed.

They should be focused more on retaining players and keeping their reputation in tact. One person can do a lot of damage online to ones reputation and SEM wont fix that.

Usually they'll have general bonus terms that cover all bonuses too, so it would pay to check those as well.

I get the frustration. We've all been stung before, and the warning is good to see, so thank you for sharing.
