As @Kroffe mentioned, A lot of the Play'n Go Slots have a minimum bet of 1p (line) - Book of Dead, Pimped, Holiday season, etc.

From the All British Site:

Ive been playing there a while and the 10% is cash - do what you want with it (unless anything has changed).

Its a nice feature - you can only claim it when you have lost your deposit (and wait 24 hours) - couple of weeks ago I lost £1800 - my cashback the next day was £180 which I managed to turn into £2k which was a nice touch.
