its in beta phase, all we want is feedback to improve before true launch. If it was perceived as marketing my apologies and this was not the intention.

Please note that it's not a matter of Nate being "offended", it's an issue of misuse of the forums.

These are two very different things.

As I said above, I am not marketing just seeking feedback, If I was marketing I would be offering something i.e. a bonus or some incentive to lure people in, but in any case I see your point and will not repeat it, but how can you get feedback if no one sees whats there lol?

Cheers all,

poll

Hi all,

Please take a minute to fill in the poll, we would greatly appreciate the feedback and do our best to implement what we can based on your feedback. Thank you in advance.

Other things I'd like to see which weren't on your poll list:

1. Sensible cashable bonuses with reasonable WR and NO subjective/ambiguous FU clauses in the rules.
2. Fast, hassle free cash-outs with minimal ID checks. (Fast = less than 24 hrs)
3. A tried, tested, and reputable software being used to power the casino.
4. The casino to accept players from ALL countries of the world without imposing different rules for different races.
5. The casino not to use forums like Casinomeister as vehicles for free advertising, unless permission was asked first.

sorry for interrupting, what is the standard ID/credit card check (if their is one?).
Some places asks for both sides of credit cards CAF + ID (both sides), I am little scared sending it online- credit card fraud or ID theft

Any suggestions

What is required by law of the licensing country is mainly id, front and back of credit card, and front and back of id. Some casinos may ask for more documentation if what you provide does not look good so remember to make the best scans possible and that they are completely legible.

In Regards to your fear of putting it online via email I agree with you, that is why we have implemented a secure upload page which guarantees where your documents are going and they are received by a secure server.

Please elaborate on point 1,
Regarding point 2 this will be looked into but the Id check needs to be completed in order for fast cashouts to be available
Regarding point 3 Whoever is granted a license in Malta undergoes a six month testing of their software. We will also contact an external authority from the known accredited ones.
5. Inquiring to better software before launch constitutes advertising in what way? In order to be player centric, you must have feedback. Regarding advertising we have not begun yet. You will notice when we do and it will be through paid channels.

The funny thing is most of the casino's ask for ID/credit card proof only when it comes to withdrawal, seems they don't mind taking in the money.. but when it comes to releasing it its a different story :)

So true and unfortunately that is the industry standard procedure. As a player wouldn't you feel bothered if you were asked your id off the bat though?

I just visited iButlercasino.com and took a peep at the
bachelor slot machine which looks like fun. It seems to
be stacked wilds.

I will look into joining after you've launched 100% in mid-November.

No offense to you by me saying this but...
I will deposit and play when you are in your infancy
so that in the case I do win, I'll have a way better chance
at getting paid before or if you turn rogue like 80% of the online
casinos out there. I hope you don't though.

Thanks for the feedback,

We will be one of those few that do not go rogue. Cheers mate.

I have to say so far im intrigued. Proprietary software, something new, seemingly honest with good intentions. Of course im not that nieve :p but it could just be the breath of fresh air weve all been waiting for IF the promises hold true and IF an accreditation process is approved. The casino market is stagnant imo and there have been a few new software platforms who i thought were great but who have come and gone recently. It would be nice to see something new and innovative.

One thing i will add, is that the casino would need to support play in multi currency. Im not all that keen on playing in euros and it would probaly make me think twice before joining to be honest.

1. Sensible cashable bonuses with reasonable WR and NO subjective/ambiguous FU clauses in the rules.
Please elaborate on point 1.
Sensible = Bonus x 30 maximum and not just for slots only.
A great example of sensible bonuses can be found at most MG casinos, below is 32Red's.

NO subjective/ambiguous FU clauses in the rules = Basically means no rules which say "if we don't like the way you played or the size of the bets you placed (even though our software allowed it, and it's not mentioned in the rules), we reserve the right to steal your money without telling you why"

I voted other, here`s why.....

1). No reverse withdrawal or at the very least - one that can be purged/flushed/removed.

2). Upon registration and before a 1st deposit can be made all aspects of a persons identity to be verified if needed .

3). Tiered loyalty status - Once a tier has been attained it is not subject to maintenance and will remain no matter what, there is a world recession atm and cash is tight for all of us, why should we lose our loyalty status because we cannot afford to play some months?.

4). Casino management teams to prove their identities also, hell we are giving you access/data to our cash resources, that`s a whole heap of trust given to someone you have never met.

5). Tournaments that do not favour the filthy rich with state of the art P.C.`s and 10,000000 meg fibre optic broadband connections, as in any online situation that involves a lot of players on one server at the same time... lagfest = 1 spin per 30 seconds to their 1 spin per second, do the maths, a player that gets maximum spins will not only get more wins but will have a far greater chance of triggering bonus features, tourneys should be designed around an all entrants are equal basis, a set amount to wager with and no time limits, and sensible continue amounts.

That will do for now ;).

Totally disagree on point 2. When i sign up at a new casino, i want to play THEN, not 2 days later. Otherwise yeah  And totally agree on point 5. MG tournaments are a joke with like 10 million continues and rebuys, why i never bother with them lol Only the rich can win them.

hi tbh i think point 2 is a good thing ,i would only say please send in id docs within 7 days of making a deposit that would be a better way of doing least you can play etc etc, the good point is aswell if this was available then we would not have all the problems regarding the famous cashout 2- 40? days of jumping through hoops to get those funds being already id checked less way of the casino using the stalling tatics.

First thing first....

the 35x playthrough on your 100% welcome bonus is 5%-10% to high so i'd never touch that and i joined to play for fun and am wondering whats the deal with all the 5 line slots?

Are there going to be more when you fully launch next month?

Oh and another ewallet that you should have is moneybookers, its the only way i normally deposit and withdraw.

Will we be able to play in currencies other than euros? i'm from canada and would prefer either CAD or USD to be available.

P.S. the bachelor party slot i will say was most entertaining!!!

Not sure if this was mentioned but how about random spot bonuses with no wagering required? Most people would wager it anyway.

I don't know of any casino that does it.

Another launch?

I'd like to hear more detail pertaining to your secure upload for the player's and steps taken to ensure their doc's are secure during and after the process? This is very important, expensive.

I don't enter discussions that much but it appears this isn't your first launch.

No disrespect to anyone here but this site launched in June 2009 and now again in Nov. 2010? I'll let the pro's around here break that down. :)

If I missed this given in another post, sorry, just thought I'd chime in.

Best,
PV

Yes the casino was launched initially in 2009 for land based operations and it has a coverage of 90% in Cyprus at the moment. this is the first venture in the online field, so you can say that we have matured and refined our company based on the feedback we had from actual customer to customer relations, something very important as you see the customer face to face, this is what we want to bring to the online field. The listen to your customer model. Regarding the upload it works using SSL which is the industry standard for secure communications on the internet.

I don't know of any casino that does it.

AllStar Slots USED to do it and VERY generously so too. Then they got bought out  I wonder what ever happened to Sam Busch who was the AllStar Slots Manager. Imo he was the best casino manager ive seen to date, completely proffesional, easily accessable and extremely generous in rewarding loyalty. I still greatly miss the old Allstar :(

I will look into this with the development team and get back to you.

The fact that the name is raising responses means something was done right ;)

You might be confusing 'interest in new casino' with 'this already looks like another Pamper or Ministering Angel effort'.

Best of luck anyhow, I hope it turns out clean.

any news on when this full launch is going to be happening?

As far as I know the games should be finished later this month as well as the new site redesign. It should be mid December early January. I will keep you posted as I have more information from the Development team.
