You cannot DM until you have met certain qualifications like post count etc. This is to prevent DM spammers, as you saw. Obviously we cannot permit people to join the forum with immediate access to unlimited DM'ing and then send spam to all the other members.

You will ultimately need to discuss any advertising with sales/marketing to discuss fees you pay and other arrangements, this will only be on the basis of checks being made about your business/licensing and other matters.

I will start a DM with you so you can get further advice, like not being misleading about your location or other naughtiness some people try when they join.
