Hi just wondering if anyone knows how long it would take for a game provider that was removed to be put back on the website.
Last week I was playing a game that has sticky wilds, I had great setups on multiple bet amounts with only one more spin on each to collect my winnings but 20 minutes after initially playing I went to take the final spins and noticed the game was gone.
Later I realised all the games from that provider were gone. I messaged support they told me it was temporary maintenance. I messaged again another day to see how long that would take where I was told “Regrettably, we do not have exact time frames at the moment. It is possible that everything will be resolved by the end of this week, and these games will be available. We are making every effort to ensure that this provider returns to our site.”
The game still hasn’t come back to the site I requested my history including the wilds placement for that specific game to make sure the positions of them were noted (I haven’t received it yet though) but the day after I noticed 2 of the games from that provider were showing in my recently played, but would just be blank screens when I tried to open them and they weren’t showing up nor was the provider when using search, yesterday the games no longer appeared in the recently played. So I’m unsure if that would be due to me requesting the history since there was another game also showing or if it could be something else.
If anyone has any ideas about it I would really appreciate it
