How long does it take Casumo to reply to an email?

After talking with Live Chat this morning they asked me to email them. I’ve known multiple places take at least 8 weeks to respond but I’d like to hope this won’t be the case.

Has anyone else emailed Casumo before?

I doubt very much Casumo will be anywhere near as long as 8 weeks
