Online gambling in Singapore is illegal since February 2, 2016 thanks to the Remote Gambling Act passed in October 2015.
Access to several hundred gambling sites has been blocked off and anyone who breaks this law may be fined up to S$5,000 and/or jailed up to six months.
Any legit and properly licensed online casino will not let you register and play. I am sure though there are a few dodgy ones who don't care about the law.
