How can Trada be this high

Completely the opposite of my experience from the weekend. The live chat agent (Can’t remember there name) was exceptional.

I looked into this for you and located the chat - as it turns out Jack was called into a meeting and forgot to log out of live chat! Sincere apologies, your chat came through to an empty seat.

Kind of human error can happen even it shouldn't, when you take thousands of chats i guess all of us could make one kind of mistake. Only good to say about Tradas support, even not play there very much but been always been assisted (usually just asking to remove few cents of bonus left to get rid of wagering and Trada is one of places who remove wagering and still leave balance for to your account what many casinos don't do, not much usually if my balance is so slow that can't play few euro spin but always nice to get even little gesture of goodwill )

On another note - Trada's customer service is stellar. Glad to see this was merely a "gone to a meeting" thing. I am sure an improvement will be made to eliminate these sort of faux pas.

Delete it then. Its a harmless joke. Been worse said in this forum site by senior members and they get away with it. So no probs delete if needed.

If you don’t know why the suggestion of a woman being tied up in a chair let alone the suggestion that it should be the female rep on this forum that already some members made stupid remarks about is wrong then you should think about it some more.

Just show you all know I sent an apology to Becca via message. But I still think it was taken a little too far the guy in the chair isn't tied its a bit of tinsel.

Trada Casino and especially support are top notch. So nice and friendly and very quick. I was lucky recently and won from their freebie. Had help as I needed to get verified and they sorted it very quick despite some problems.

I sent Docs Monday night and Tuesday afternoon around 14:30 they got approved. The withdrawal was put in again. I did get a bit disappointed as they promise withdrawal within 0-6 hours. (which would meant withdrawal should had been received latest around 20:30)

But today I went on live chat and they apologized and a guy in chat sorted it almost instantly, as he asked payments department and I received it to my Neteller around 12 pm

Very nice people in their chat and email. And Conor seems great rep here as well

Trada Casino will def see more of my business in future and among my top casinos now I have known for a while but never got started here with many deposits.

(i have not mentioned their names as of the GPDR)

Trada are rated highly for a very good reason.
There a good casino and deal with there shit in a superb manner.
Regarding CS I've had issues the past week that where dealt with within the minute ..
Superb casino, excellent staff... And I'm not even a regular.
