Hello,

Does anyone from the site know if HNA Gaming reps from ShinyWilds or otherwise are active here or does anyone from CG have a direct line?

The casino has cancelled my withdrawal multiple times over september claiming tech issues and now they have just left my balance pending. I have even had my family solicitor issue them with a letter of claim.

Any info/help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you. They just ignore me. You have given shinywilds a good review but both casinos from my digging seem to have done this to other players, then they close then reopen.
