When I first joined I didn't look through all of the rouge casino list and played at Slotmadness on a nodeposit bonus. Made the play through and cashed out $100 which is what the bonus stated was max. Still waiting for the money. Go figure. Then I got a letter in the mail from Jackpot Grand. I checked the bad casino list and could not find it. So made 2 deposits in the last 2 months. Then was offered a bonus from the VIP Manager. I took it and played on my deposit with the bonus. I was playing lochness and got the monster in the first 3 rows of a bonus round. Payed out $2600. No playthrough on this bonus, no max cashout. Played next couple of weeks and had it up to $3400. Decided I better cash out before spending it all. I am hoping this pans out. Does anyone know anything about this casino?

Good News Bad News OP, or maybe bad news and not so bad news Jackpot Grand is part of the group. Of course just like I mentioned in another thread most of us would never play there, BUT they may nickel and dime you on your payments as long as they cant make up an excuse to not pay you, and as long as you didn't do anything wrong.

Just like any other who is trying to get paid by this group, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not try to play it back. Withdraw and try to get all your money. They will pay you at $500 a time most likely, giving you every opportunity know to man to play it back. Please don't let them win at their game.

They do pay but takes at least a week and they have low weekly limits. Don't expect receipt of it all for at least a month.....after you have had your docs approved.

Also after a couple of 2k drops, I have been disallowed the use of bonuses......haven't been back.

I joined Slot Madness back in May 2014. I played with a no deposit bonus and didn't win. Then I deposited $30 and played with a no playthrough, no max cashout bonus and still didn't win. After that, I used a NDB and won $100. I requested my payment of $100 on 6/2/2014 and although I have spoken with Live Chat several times, they keep telling me that their Time Frame is 7-10 days for approval of the payment (you know, that Authorization Form and scanned documents) and Another 7 days to issue the payment. I told them their Time Frame is Way Too Long and most casinos payout within 48 to 72 Hours after approval. They give no excuse for this.....I'm getting Frustrated here!! Anyone having the same problems??

I think it would have been better if you had started a new thread titled 'Slot Madness' or something like that. Your post had nothing to do with the $3k win of the original poster.

Actually, the fact that they stall you over a measly 100 bucks speaks volumes. I don't think this casino can be trusted.
