I can fully understand the complaining and dumping of these RTG casinos. When players have been dissapointed 9.99% of the time out of 10, they become less trusting, less patient and all to easily fed up with seeing the same despicable pattern all RTG has adopted.

It is not the players that have no patience anymore because of what we do, it is these casinos whom have seriously abused a players patience to where players will not abide being taken for fools anymore, like we used to tolerate it.
RTG is obviously a very hungry monster that demands to be fed and all it is doing is eating itself out of house and home.

I read where some player and have heard it many times before, had gotten the T-Rex bonus round with a re-trigger and won $6, I have had that happen so many times, never winning over $6-$8, didn't matter if I wagered 20 cents or a $1, still got the same amount every time. Well well, played the freebie before 2 weeks and lost it,
but decided to give it a go after 3 days i deposited 80$ and lasted only some minutes. I said ' ok bad luck...'.

Thanks Mousey, I just sent everything in again. It was just APITA because my laptop crashed and I had to rescan everything and send it in again.

I think the casino needs better communication with all employees. Customer Service says in the e-mail that I do not need to resend them but the Cashiers said that I did. Who knows.... I just received another e-mail stating everything was approved. We will see how long the withdrawal takes now.
