Campbelltown in Scotland i think it was mooted as going to (there was another cheaper option but it put you somewhere where you'd need a helicopter to get out of)
TBH, i drive an hour down the road and i'm on a P&O ferry, play some 68% slots and filling my bag with the free stuff you get in the club lounge for paying 20 quid, so driving it wouldn't really appeal that much.
20 billion at the lower estimate, probably x3 that at least.
