Hi Geoff and welcome. You might want to post a bit more detail if possible and then perhaps you will get the desired response from forum members.

Hi Snorky. It is a genuine one and I am posting on behalf of my brother who is a construction worker, not a techy, all the same works very hard for his money and plays at various recommended sites.

BGO are taking the pee out of him. They have allowed all his deposits and only some of his withdrawals, before and after two for £200 and £1,900. I have helped send in the required dox but for some reason they are rejecting his POA yet even I can see nothing wrong with it, worse they aren't saying why. And now because I have said I am helping sort it out, they refuse to talk stating that it could be anyone logged into his account. Yet they only "know" because I told them as a courtesy.

There are numerous withdrawals and deposits before and after this. I have just logged in to get the details of that (because the snippet above is from a chat log I kept) and they have now frozen the account.

Another snippet :

Driving license. TIck. Passport. Tick. Utility Bill, Tick. Bank Statement. Tick.

My brother is not into tech hence me overseeing this for him. I'm also pretty sure he only needs to trust me and give that permission and I can be part of handling these affairs. He has a very ill partner and works very hard to have this crap on his head. This should be totally irrelevant but it gives credence to why casinomeister exists, not to play with people. But all of this is 100% transparent and with his blessing.

Personally, I find this all very disgraceful for a decade old casino to be treating people like children while acting childish themselves.

I hope there is a BGO rep on here.

Honestly glad its sorted for my brother but the mental nature of a crack head springs to mind. That is in reference to the ability to fully deposit and have some withdrawals before and after these two withdrawals are blocked. Granted, on the 1900 one if it surpasses a value limit but there have been numerous withdrawals after the 200 for matching and similar amounts. A crass way of putting it but it indeed makes no real sense and then to use an honest overseer as a reason to claim they have no idea who they may be dealing with, so for security reasons, will not deal or show a method of how we deal further with the issue, was just pitiful and ridiculous.

The outcome being : F*** em, I won't use them again.

While I censor his cursives, I support his stance.
