Can someone help me navigate through this!!! I am so distressed, I have joined thus forum for some support, also to express my frustration and distress regarding my outstanding withdrawal from Nation Lottery Casino, operated by ProgressPlay. I withdrew £3,480 and they have withheld it, Despite completing ID checks and submitting required documents, they have failed to process my withdrawal, requested on November 2, 2025.

I've been a customer for a few months, depositing funds without issue, but when it came to withdrawing my money, I've been met with silence and unhelpful responses. from there customer service agents' also, rudeness and their lack of communication have been appalling.

They pride themselves on having good ethics, however they have been fined for unethical practices and was recently fined £1,000,000 by the UKGC, and was also fined £175,000 in 2018. I'm shocked that they have still been allowed to operate.

I’ve sent countless emails which they have ignored and customer support just keep telling me to wait for an email. I've played fairly and expect to receive my rightful winnings. Please help. This is causing me so much distress.

Read the guidelines here and submit a complaint is my suggestion, the PAB team can try and assist you in getting some answers.
