I recently joined tigergaming casino ,i made 2 deposits of 50 dollars and 100 dollars ,i played blackjack and won a little ,when my balace was 205 dollars i went into live chat and told them i was a compulsive gambler and i wish to close my account ,they have since told me because i did not wait 7 business days they are only refunding my initial deposit not my winnings ,has anyone else experienced this

Typical rogue practice. Curacao licensed casino aka lawless and will do as they please. I hope you do get your deposits back, even if you win they usually find an excuse not to pay!
There’s so many accredited/properly licensed casinos out there. Are you registered with GamStop at all? (I take it that could be why you’re playing at one of these places)

be careful and always make sure you check where you’re playing is licensed.. some people win life changing amounts from these places just to have them taken away, with no chance of getting a penny off them.

I'd take this as a win, if your a compulsive gambler as you say you are, you could have lost a LOT more had they not closed your account.

You realize how dumb you are after deposits and. Small win... instead of just cashing out and waiting for your 200$.... you tell the chat just that?
Lots of casinos also have a serious problem. Greed. And ethic. They would rob you while you sleep from your cancer recovery. And enjoy it without any kind of shame at all.
Please make yourself a really big favor and realize that its not your cup of tea.
