I've been reading all the great stuff on the site for a few weeks and thought it was time I signed up and said Hi.

A quick question if anyone could be so kind to answer

I joined 32red some time last year and did the max bonus new member sign up. my son joined around june this year and did the same sign up bonus. After reading around I've now found out about the one household bonus rule. I've deposited a few k over the past year since then without one withdrawal, so it's not like I was joining then just playing the bonus, should I contact them and explain we didn't know about the rule, even though I don't play there so much now.

Good choice of casino, but yes, you should of course talk to them.
I have no doubt they will understand, and you will probably be able to have accounts both of you, but just one can get bonuses.
Just send support an email and you will be fine

32red have a rep here, I'm sure he would advise you and use discretion if appropriate. You've now realized you didn't read the terms (a lesson you will have hammered into your mind after a few weeks on here!) and of course to contact them or their rep on here would be wise. If you got a big win and found yourself in breach of bonus rules, it could end up in disappointment, as even a good bunch like 32red would probably find that hard to swallow.
FYI the rule is there for the simple reason that more than one member of a household/family could club together and abuse the bonuses with multiple accounts.
