Hey everyone,

My name's Alex, and I'm based near Brighton, in the UK.

For the last few years I've been writing content for online Blogs and publications, in a variety of topics, but largely a lot of work on casinos/slots/regulations etc, for both affiliates and news outlets.

While it's always been the occasional job, it's something I'm really keen on specializing on, and, being an avid player of online (and land-based) casino games myself, I would love to branch out and work full-time in the "casino writing" niche!

I was directed to post here by a client (I've browsed the website for many years), and was wondering if anyone could offer some advice on where I can find clients for Casino-related writing work.

Should I find affiliate sites and get in touch directly? Or is that a bit too pushy - I've been lucky with repeat clients so far, so actively searching for clients is something I'm not highly-experienced in - would love any help/advice!

Since it's work to go find good writers for the games and niches we need, no -- contacting sites directly is definitely NOT too pushy. Give them all your information, including your per-word/other rate, and samples. Always need to know what your strengths are.
