And like I said a group of Nurses we use this as an out for us.

Maybe were not talking about the same site Bingo. The secondlife I know is an actual "paralell universe" type website. You go to work, you pay for rent, you have to walk or fly or swim to get where your going. Its not just a chat site. You even have to buy the clothes your wear because if you wear the original free clothes they give you when you join, everyone will know your brand new or lazy for not working and buying new clothes lol

I love ya Tom, this comment has nothing to do with you it just got me thinking about the things we used to do when we were young and didn't have computers.
People used to read and talk to each other, actually face to face! We would go out just to be outside.
I remember when we had the big blackout a few years back in the Northeast and eveyone got together and hung out. There was nothing to do but be together. I thought it was great. Don't get me wrong I would freak if I had to go a long time without my electronics. This site just got me thinking.

Of course it could just be my PMS!
