Thanks for your feedback, but if a game was initially available for the bonus, it cannot be disabled during gameplay. Also, I’m not aware of any similar complaints to our support team. Did you reach out to them?

You do realise that the majority of the games listed offered? Bit weird to mention them, no?

I would advice that if you want players returning, it is better to allow them to move through site and games without too many restrictions. The better the first journey is the higher the chance for returning players. Offering 3 bonuses doesn't change that and will only increase your bonus costs.

Yep, makes very little sense even from a risk management point of view.

PnG has 5% contribution despite being very popular with the average gambler and having 90-94% RTP via variable.
PGSoft has 80% contribution despite being far more likely to be used by people trying to profit from bonuses. PG soft has a ton of 97%+ games and most of their offerings are 96.7%+. I think PGSoft might have some popularity in Asian markets but it always feels like I'm one of the few people that has played their games.

Same logic as PnG for Pragmatic, seems like it's only hurting regular players as no abuser is going to be playing pragmatics when there are higher RTP options available.

Pragmatic was down for a few maintenance hours today so that would explain why they became unavailable, and just the error message at the casino was wrong

This was weeks ago but it may have been the same thing. Interstingly, it matters not at this point as they appear to have updated or changed their terms allowing 50 percent towards wagering.

RTP is good here though when I was there, so if you deposit without bonus might be a decent casino to play but for me personally, since the bonus terms are poor, I have no reason to leave the casinos I play at already.
