First Off I want to Say I am Very new To Online Gambling So Please Bear with me.

That Being Said Has anyone ever Dealt with Main Street Vegas Group Casinos?

About a MONTH Ago After Playing Slots Plus Casinos for the First time I Made a Withdrawl Request for around $5,000. They asked To Verify My Information Etc(Typical ID Verification etc) etc. Shortly After I Recieved a Phone Call saying they Needed to verify(Yet again) My Information. I Mentioned this Had already Been sent and was Approved. The Guy acted like He had No Idea what I was Talking about. A Few Days later I Recieved an Email My Info had Beed Verified. Per their Website "Payouts Typically Take up to Two Weeks" It has Now been More than a MONTH and STILL I Have No Word, No payout, NOTHING On Where My Money is. I Tried their "Live Support" And never seem to get Anywhere(No Information...Just General Responses) I Have Emailed Their "Finance" Team Etc. I Cant seem to get Ahold of Anyone to Tell me AT LEAST When to Expect it. Its still In the "Requested" Mode as Well. Seriously!?


I Have Dealt with 4 Other Casinos So Far and EVERY Single One I would Get a Payout In 10 Days or Less...Max. Ive Done Extensive Research on Mainstreet and from What I'm Gathering they Generally take Longer? After Exagerating all of My Energy, Resources, Even Taking a Half Day off Of Work To Try and Get ahold of these People In Some Form...Ive come out Very Frustrated. I Would think Casinos Value Their Customer Service more than Anything as Its a Huge Turn off...And Not Normal to Blatanly Ignore a Winning Customer.


Does Anyone have any Information on Slots Plus or Mainstreet Affiliated Casinos?


Any Information would be Helpful.
