Hi, just joined today and wanted to say Hello to everyone. What a great site this is! I've had problems with a casino and was googling for some help and came across casinomeister. Oh the benefit of hindsight! Seems the casino I have problems with is in the rogues gallery I don't know if there is much i can do but I will give it a go.

Welcome to Casinomeister

There are a lot of knowledgeable people on here that can give you advice- I know nothing in comparison to some of the people on here but if you can be more specific on the problem your having then I'm sure someone will give you some advice. However if the casino you have a problem with is in the Rough Pit then looks like you arrived at this site to late.

Yes, you should stay away from casinos listed in the rogue pit! Check out the accredited list next time you want to find a new favorite casino.

As for your problem. You may want to start a new thread in the casino/casino complaints -section if you want members to give you some advise/help. More people will read the thread there.

I'm new to this so may make a few mistakes here and there! I joined a casino site called CASINO770. Silly me got enticed by a £10 bonus and the stresssss since

The £10 did the trick and I deposited a £50 actual money. I enjoy the slot games so started perusing some on this casino site. To be honest i was a bit bored because the graphics seemed rubbish and the connection slow. It also showed my credits in euros not £'s and it was difficult knowing from some of the slot games exactly how much each spin was. Anyway i thought I would just spend the £50 and retire. I got the £50 up to over £100 and then went onto a new slot they were promoting. It is called the Olympic slots. I navigated my way round the bets and ended up spinning at £1 per go. My cash went down to £56 and then a jackpot spun in. The game showed a win of £2000. A gamble button was flashing and the spin button had changed to "collect and spin". I must admit I have never seen "collect and spin" before and it did confuse me a little. I also objected to having to pay another £1 for a spin to collect my £2000 jackpot.....with me so far? Hope I'm not boring you any way.........the winnings did not go into my account? I closed the screen and refreshed my balance....no sign of my win.

I rang the "helpline" immediately and had to leave my number on a voicemail. They rang me back and said they would pass to technical. They weren't very helpful and didn't appear phased by the fact my £2000 had gone into the abyss. Since then...which was Sunday 19/8/12 I have been completely fobbed off by them. Emails stating that "the technical department are dealing", "the in charge people are analysing"...anything but providing me with my game play data which would show my win. Frustrated is not the word.

And so....I'm left in complete limbo. The jackpot that never was and absolutely no sign of CASINO770 helping me whatsoever. Just don't know which way to turn next. Ideas anyone? Thanks
