I found this site and forum while searching for information on Prism Casino. I have played at Prism for a couple of years now and I have never cashed out more than a couple of hundred here and there. I am not, by any stretch of the imagination, a "high roller" or big-money-better. I enjoy playing the games and rarely deposit more than $25 at a time.

The reason I began looking for information on Prism Casino is because I hit on one of their "Random Bonus" slot machines.

I made a $20.00 USD deposit and used a 150% "No Max Cashout" coupon. After running it up to a few hundred dollars I hit for over $23,0000.00 on the Random Bonus. I was shocked! I contacted support via live chat and was instructed to call the casino in the AM. I called and spoke with customer service the following morning. To my surprise, I was told that I DID win and that ALL of the money was fully cashable under the terms of the coupon. I was told that it would take 7-10 business days to process the payout and that I would receive $2,500.00 per week until the balance was paid. I have spoken to the casino 3 times since that original conversation and I have been told the same thing every time. It's only been 6 business days since my win so I am still in the "wait and see" mode.

I would like to state that I have never had any issues with Prism and the only reason I decided to check around was because of the big win. The online support and the toll free support have always been helpful and have never failed to treat me with respect. What amazes me is that ANY online casino would allow a $20.00 deposit win a $23,000 payout. That's why I decided to see if there were stories on the web of people that have won in the same fashion as me.

Should I just be grateful for the win (which at this point I am) and sit back and wait for my money? Is this REALLY even a reasonable expectation?

Thank you for your replies in advance. :)

You should check out the rogue section. I don't wont to disappoint you but you check this out yourself.

Welcome and congratulations!!!

This could be a delicate situation due to the complicated relationship of this community to that casino group. It may be best for you to refrain from posting for awhile. I say this, because a former associate of the group has mentioned in the forum that it is possible to be paid, and that 'disrespecting' the casino or causing trouble would mess things up.

Soon, many people may jump on this thread, with no regard for you or your win, and try to cause a fury and frenzy to make their points. Don't fall for it.

As you've already cashed out at Prism before, all you documentation should be in order. Based on what I know of some other past big winners, you may run into delays, and the payments may not be like clockwork, but there's no reason they shouldn't pay, and I believe that if everything is in order you will be paid.

If you only accepted bonuses they offered in the past, and didn't constantly ask for them between deposits, it is the Prism Casino Manager's policy that you will be paid according to a conversation I had with him several months ago.

Personally, I would contact the CasinoMeister and ask him to close this thread for you if he thinks its a good idea. And I would follow the advice of your representative at the casino. I want you to be paid and I believe this advice is the most sound approach in this situation. As these casinos have been rogued, they have no current benefit in trying to please me or anyone else here.

I wish you the best of luck, and again; CONGRATULATIONS:thumbsup:

wish i could win that much! good luck getting paid! i can't tell if i'm being sincere, i think i mean to be... lmao

welcome to the fray, by the way
