Hi Everyone,

My name is Tony and I run the Casino at Tower Gaming. I've joined this forum to learn more about the Casino Industry (which I am loving being a part of) and to perhaps gain some feedback about the ways in which Tower can improve.

I hope you're all having a great day and thanks for reading.

Hi!

Welcome! :) I bet you can learn a lot here. :D

I don't know about Tower Gaming/Casino. Can you tell us about your business?

Software type? Other things besides Casino? Sportsbook? Poker?

Why should I try you out instead of using other places?

That kind of questions would be great if you can answer.

I like the Netent Flash software though I believe there are no Casinomeister approved casinos using Netent.

In particular I like the French Roulette with lower house edge than European Roulette, the instant spin option (watching the ball is just a waste of time) and the fact that you can spin all you want without placing a bet (for those of you who have a strategy of jumping in only at certain times.)

This casino appears to be among the biggest names using the Netent sofware, so when I'm ready to play the Flash games I will pick Titan Gaming for sure. I have never played poker there but I hear the Ongame network is good for finding soft games.

I'm also glad to see that you guys accept Webmoney, one of the few payment options I have found to work for me.

Nice to see Titan Gaming represented here. Thanks!

I was VERY confused reading your post until I got to the last sentance...
Bit of a mis-read there; it's TOWER gaming, not Titan!

Mind you, after reading that I went to Tower and found the ARE now using NetEnt software; I always thought they had their own proprietary brand.
Was I mistaken, or have they switched?

Hey all,

Thanks very much for the Warm Welcome :) To tell you a little bit about Tower, yes - we do use NetEnt for our Casino. We also offer Sports Betting (through Oddsmatrix) and Poker on the Ongame Network.

We offer a range of payment processing methods, including Neteller, Visa, Mastercard, Webmoney, Click2Pay, Ukash, ClickandBuy and Moneybookers. We've also recently added IdealPay & Giropay.

We offer a Download Gaming Client that features Account Management Tool, easy access to Betting, Casino & Poker, Event Reminders, a Gaming Calendar and Customer Support forms.

And every player that deposits at Tower is assigned a Personal Player Manager, whom you're able to contact and talk to about Bonuses, Promotions, Support Issues or anything you like.

We're really proud of our site as well - I personally think it looks great and it's really easy to find the games you'd like to play.

Cheers!
